- Provide quality assembly and repair of products and merchandise, using manufacturer instructions while adhering to retailer rules and guidelines.
- Provide a great customer service experience, building and maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
- Check-in with Retailer management to confirm build list and inventory.
- Generate and complete invoices daily.
- Reports and communicates effectively to the Area Manager.
- Maintains a safe and clean workspace, leaving clients with a clean build area.
- Other responsibilities as outlined in the employee handbook.
- Ability to pass a background test.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

- Reliable transportation
- Capable of working on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Kneel, bend, twist and lift 40+ pounds repeatedly.
- Experience is a plus, but we will train.
NWS Professional Assembly is seeking candidates for the position of Assembly Technician. As an Assembly Technician with NWS, you will be working on-site at our retail client, Lowes, assembling their various products and displays. Products we assemble for Lowes include, Barbeque grills, Wheelbarrows, Toolboxes, Patio Furniture, Lawn/Garden equipment, and various seasonal products.
Here at NWS, you're rewarded for your performance, with our piecework pay model you can earn up to $30 per hour depending on your productivity building merchandise. As you learn the products and develop good habits and techniques you will gain speed and your pay will go up accordingly.
If you are the handy person your friends and family would ask to help assemble a barbecue or playset, then we want you to come and build for us!
