- Assemble and install parts using hand tools, air tools, and power tools.
- Fit, wire, or connect components using specified equipment.
- Attend to equipment to ensure proper operation and participate in maintenance.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure product quality.
- Identify and correct unsafe conditions or report them to the Production Group Lead.
- Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks.
- 1+ year of assembly experience.
- Proficiency with hand tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints or work instructions.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong command of the English language in reading, speaking, and writing.
- Experience in mechanical and manufacturing environments.
- Positive attitude, good attendance, and a solid work history.

Work Environment
Our climate-controlled industrial environment ensures comfort year-round. Work alongside 3-4 team members at one of approximately 10 workstations. The facility is beautifully maintained, with a fully enclosed space except for two open shipping and receiving doors. Expect to stand 100% of the time in a supportive and structured setting. Dress code includes a plain black t-shirt (provided after the first few weeks), jeans in blue, khaki, or black, and tennis shoes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.50/hr.
