Job Description
- Req#: 317808
- Knows and understands the Goodwill Mission: “Strengthen communities by empowering individuals and families through education, training and job placement.”
- Learn and correctly use production methods and quality standards to complete production for a variety of assembly, rework, packaging, mailing and inspection operations common to the Industrial Services Department.
- Personal protective equipment must be worn on jobs as required.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Ability to learn production procedures for a variety of light industrial jobs.
- Good manual dexterity.
- Ability to count.
- Good eyesight.
- Ability to meet acceptable levels of production.
- Ability to use various small hand tools.
- Ability to sit upright in a chair or stand for 4 hours at a time.
- Small hand tools.
- Various light industrial machines as required by job.
- Light industrial area with some heat, fumes, and noise, depending on job.
