  Essential experience:

  As part of a specialist team within Financial Services, you will focus on the Asset & Wealth Management & Asset Servicing sector, either in the field of Operating Model Design and Implementation, Core Platform Technology, or Private Investment Markets. You will have -

  • Experience in Consulting in the Asset & Wealth Management (A&WM) sectors

  • Knowledge of the full Asset & Wealth Management value chain (Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office)

  • Proven expertise in 2-3 functions within the Asset & Wealth Management value chain, both internal and outsourced

  • Experience as a Programme/Project Management or Workstream Lead for complex Asset & Wealth Management transformation projects

  • Experience of Target Operating Model Design and Implementation in the Asset & Wealth Management sectors, including business analysis, sourcing model, data model, organisational model, and technical architecture

  • Experience in designing future state operating models in Asset & Wealth Management due to various change catalysts, e.g. core platform change, new product, merger/acquisition, start up, cost reduction, outsourcing, globalisation

  • Background as either a solutions architect, capable of owning the new business architecture vision for stakeholders

  • Experience as Programme/Project Manager or Workstream Lead for large complex A&WM projects within either the Public or Private Investment Markets

  • Experience of implementation of large complex Asset Servicing Systems implementation - e.g. State Street, BNY Mellon, NT, or BNP Paribas Securities Services

  • Experience of working with Private Markets platforms - such as eFront, Mercatus, Yardi and MRI (including strengths & weaknesses of platforms, data solutions and current market trends)
