      The Business Initiatives team within the Client Service organization of JPMorgan Asset Management, is responsible for streamlining business processes, managing business initiatives, regulatory reporting, control monitoring, and client communications for the North America Client Account Management (CAM) organization and managing strategic fee initiatives and enhancing fee related processes across JPMorgan Asset Management.

      Job summary:

      As an Analyst within the Business Initiatives team of JPMorgan Asset Management, you will be responsible for assisting on projects, executing client communications, and coordinating team activities and internal communications. You will have the opportunity to evaluate current Client Account Manager (CAM) processes, identify gaps and opportunities, and work on projects with multiple workstreams. This role provides a unique opportunity to partner extensively with colleagues across AM, including client service, product, finance, operations, and technology teams.

      Job responsibilities:

      • Evaluate current Client Account Manager (CAM) processes, and identify gaps and opportunities in collaboration with team and business
      • Work on projects with multiple workstreams, including developing and managing a project plan, synthesizing and interpreting data and implementation
      • Partner extensively with colleagues across AM, including client service, product, finance, operations, and technology teams
      • Support and execute client service communications including collaborating with strategic partners and coordinating distribution
      • Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for meetings and other events
