- Collaborate with various teams to support data enrichment and automation efforts to enhance sales and marketing processes
- Produce and review regular reporting and commentary on client portfolios
- Support senior team members with ad-hoc tasks and client deliverables
- Help support business development efforts by working closely with team leaders to develop compelling materials for external and internal audiences
- Assist in the preparation for portfolio reviews with existing clients including creation of materials
- Contribute to and own high-profile projects and business initiatives as needed
- Respond to client queries and formal Requests for Proposal
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics or related field
- Intense attention to detail
- Outstanding work ethic and commitment to success
- Demonstrated interest in markets and hedge fund / private credit investments
- Proactive mindset and ability to anticipate questions and team needs
- Superior excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well organized work style
- Basic understanding of investment risk and return statistics
- SIE, Series 7, 63 or must complete within 120 days
- Progress toward CAIA and/or CFA a plus
- Python experience preferred

Job Summary
As an Investment Specialist Analyst in the J.P. Morgan Alternative Asset Management team within the Alternatives Solutions Group based in New York, you will serve as the main point-of-contact for our clients, prospects, and J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s Client Advisors. The Investment Specialist team is responsible for new business development and the servicing of our primarily institutional client base. As an Analyst, you are an integral support role in assisting on all fronts. You will work closely with senior members of the team to be a critical support system in supporting our sales and client service efforts. The role will provide you with an opportunity to learn how to support sales efforts and problem solve in a fast-paced environment. You should have a passion for markets and demonstrate intellectual curiosity regarding our investment offerings. You will be proactive and anticipate the next steps for success. You will primarily work on the below with additional responsibilities developing based on the team’s needs and your skillset.
