      Job Description

      Position Overview:

      The Asset Management Intern will work largely on project-based assignment supporting our Asset Management function at the company.


      Overall, we seek qualities that display our company’s core values which are Act with Integrity, Take Initiative, Build Mutual Trust and Win Together.

      Responsibilities:

      • Lead a summer long project consisting of reconciling corporate accounts for a specified portfolio of properties

      • Assist Asset Management team with the preparation of materials for internal key stakeholders in our Legal, Accounting and Property Management teams.

      • Assist with account analysis, reconciliations and reporting of tenant and/or property accounts

      • Other duties as assigned

      Qualifications:

      • High school diploma or GED required

      • Currently enrolled in College or University with graduation between Dec 2024 & May 2025

      • Self-motivated and proactive, both with respect to managing workload and own professional development

      • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines

      • Excellent interpersonal, creative, analytical and problem-solving ability

      • Strong written and verbal communication skills

      • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

      • Highly motivated to succeed in a team environment

      • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, as well as Argus/Dyna software highly preferred
