We’re looking for an Asset Management Leader in Pearland, Tx or New Iberia, LA who will be responsible for all centrally based functions involving capex, product data management, damage and warranty claims, fleet performance over time , and fleet life cycle .

      What you’ll do:

      • Lead a team of 6-7 members managing critical business support functions such as Asset Management, Fleet Sales, Product Data Management, Warranty and Damage Claims, and Fleet Planning

      • Prepare and execute the annual CAPEX budget, overseeing capital expenditures related to the fleet

      • Develop systems and reports to analyze fleet data, support decision-making on fleet management, inventory, contingency planning, and key performance metrics

      • Maintain records and distribute reports on rate and volume variances, capital productivity, and other essential financial and fleet data .

      • Monitor slow-moving assets and create quarterly action plans to address underperforming fleet components

      • Collaborate with the global fleet team to facilitate fleet transfers and meet worldwide fleet demands

      • Ensure fleet compliance with regulatory agencies ( EPA , CARB) and maintain visibility on compliance records

      • Support capital investment evaluations, fleet disposals, and overall fleet strategy development, including monitoring capital costs, lifecycle costs, and financial returns

      We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:

      • Bachelor’s degree (BBA) from an accredited college or university

      • Finance, management, or a business-related discipline preferred

      • 7-10 years in large national fleet m ana g e m en t, or other relevant experience

      • Well versed in a Microsoft environment and ERP system

      • Strong time management skills / ability to prioritize and multi-task

      • Successful track record and experience in managing , maintaining , analyzing trends, forecasting, and effective reporting of data

      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
