- Support senior members of the team in messaging and creation of client collateral related to the Private Equity Group’s platform and products
- Prepare client materials including portfolio reviews, performance analytics and benchmarking, and data requests
- Complete requests for proposal (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), due diligence questionnaires, quarterly/monthly client/consultant questionnaires and ad hoc requests
- Assist in creating and updating all marketing collateral such as client and prospect pitchbooks, educational pieces, annual meeting materials, etc.
- Enhance client experience by creating external touch points such as white papers, webcasts, electronic newsletters/updates
- Create and update analytical models to support client and prospect needs, including commitment modeling and cash flow projections
- Liaise with information management colleagues, client service managers and technology team to streamline/automate/verify client data and reporting (standard/customized/ad hoc)
- Reviewing first drafts of materials from analysts
- Provide ongoing support of existing investors, monitoring and responding promptly to questions and requests
- Ensure answers to clients are accurate, consistent, and appropriate
- Coordination and logistics of client events, onsite meetings, webinar events, investor conference
- Monitor industry databases and publications for relevant environment, competitive and marketing information
- 2+ years of experience in finance, investor relations, data analytics or accounting preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Programming experience strongly recommended
- Experience with VBA, building and maintaining macros preferred
- Demonstrates analytical skills and financial modeling aptitude
- Possesses organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Strong educational credentials
- Undergraduate degree with a GPA minimum of 3.2

J.P. Morgan Asset Management Private Equity Group (PEG) comprises more than 60 professionals globally, and is active in all private equity investment types, styles, stages of business development, industry sectors and geographical locations. Role Overview
The Private Equity Group is seeking a senior Analyst or Associate to join the team in New York. The Analyst/Associate will play a role in supporting the global investor relations efforts of J.P. Morgan Asset Management Private Equity Group. This role will require strong quantitative skills and/or a desire to learn advanced excel techniques for portfolio and performance analytics. The position will also include support in building and creating presentation materials as well as responding to proposal requests, requiring knowledge of PowerPoint and solid writing skills.
