Educate advisors on our record keeping solutions while gaining investment market share
Provide plan insight, industry & competitive perspective to inform client decisions
Coordinate with DC and retail field sales counterparts to promote platform solutions
Implement our sales process to uncover opportunities and advance sales
Support external sales team by ensuring content, capabilities, and tools are in sync
Manage pipeline and implementation pre-work to ensure seamless support experience
Proven track record of sales success developing and maintaining relationships
Ability to multi-task and manage priorities across multiple territories
Financial market and retirement industry understanding & aptitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to leverage multiple resources and systems to maximize productivity
Desire to work in a high-performance environment and be adaptable to change
Ability to incorporate feedback quickly and consistently
Effectiveness in presenting complex ideas, resources, and solutions
Proven track record of success in performance related to academics and work history
Bachelor's degree
Series 7; Series 63 needed (All Licensing is required within 90 days of hire )

Job Summary
As a Retirement Plan Internal Client Advisor within the Retirement Services Team, you will deliver comprehensive recordkeeping and retirement plan services to private sector defined contribution plans, focusing on small to mid-sized plans. Your role involves identifying investment placement opportunities for existing advisor-sold plans and supporting both advisors and Chase middle market banking clients in meeting their retirement needs. You will work with two recordkeeping platforms: Retirement Link, tailored for small to mid-market solutions, and Everyday 401K (EDK), designed for start-up and small plans. This rewarding position enables you to make a meaningful impact by connecting advisors and their clients to our acclaimed retirement plan resources and solutions, as we aim to enhance retirement outcomes for small businesses, their employees, and team member retirement plan participants.
