We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Asset Analyst with strong financial acumen and a passion for making an impact, to join a newly created dynamic team within our Finance function. As our Senior Asset Analyst, you will partner with our Investment Management team in playing a vital role in our analytical and decision-making capabilities across our assets. Your expertise and insight will contribute to driving business performance, supporting and collaborating with various teams and ensuring client satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to shape and develop a high-performing team, providing leadership to empower team members to grow, learn, and contribute to strategic objectives. Diverse and Impactful Responsibilities: * Your role will encompass diverse responsibilities, from owning and maintaining the MRI forecasting system to producing high-quality reports, financial modelling, and leasing feasibilities. * Your financial expertise and leadership will make a significant impact in strategic budgeting, forecasting, and asset performance improvement, ensuring the consistency and quality of analysis being performed. You will play an integral role in valuation process in our portfolio, supporting the team in driving asset values and shaping investment strategies. * Your role will manage Portfolio and Platform level reporting, ensuring Asset Analyst information has been correctly aggregated, and the information is capable of being analysed by multiple stakeholders. * Your contributions will be recognised and celebrated. You will play a vital role in shaping our financial strategies and driving asset performance, making you a key influencer within our portfolio. Qualifications, Experience, and Skills: * Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Property Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline. * A strong financial analysis background with proficiency in building, using, and reviewing financial models. * Varied and rich industry experiences across asset, property management, and valuations. * A track record of managing and building high-performance teams and delivering continuous improvement. * Highly numerate and skilled in financial modelling, analysis, and asset valuations. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with macros experience desirable. * Ability to build strong collaborative working relationships within and across teams, as well as with Senior Management and executives.
