      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and mitigate external theft and fraud trends within the assigned market and stores
      - Conduct investigations on habitual offenders and high-impact theft incidents using company technology
      - Train store leaders and brand associates on safe practices for handling theft events
      - Collaborate with law enforcement and assist in building cases for prosecution
      - Support the implementation of shortage and safety programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven ability to provide Loss Prevention leadership and drive results
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for negotiation and consensus building
      - Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge to decision-making
      - Effective time management and multitasking abilities
      - Experience in researching processes to identify root causes of errors

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in loss prevention or security management within retail environments
      - Familiarity with legal processes related to theft and fraud prosecution
      - Skills in data analysis and reporting to support loss prevention strategies
