What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide a visible presence to prevent loss and safety issues in the store
- Drive a low-risk culture and contribute to shortage reduction efforts
- Maintain physical security of the store while enhancing the customer experience
- Assist in handling escalated customer situations and investigations
- Collect and communicate loss and safety-related intelligence to store leaders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to maintain uniform standards, including the use of body-worn cameras
- Experience working in high-pressure, multitasking environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build effective partnerships
- Demonstrated learning agility and professionalism
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in asset protection or loss prevention roles
- Familiarity with retail safety and security procedures
- Experience in training or coaching others in safety practices
