Job Description

- Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
- You will be a part of asset management team, supporting Landsec’s retail strategy. Our aspirations to optimise the value of our retail and leisure ownerships by creating a compelling and engaging offer to both Guests and Brand Partners through the necessary level of investment, active asset management and the co-ordination of different functions within Landsec.
- Execution and implementation of the strategic plan for each asset in line with its placemaking vision. Ensure the plan is delivered in line with the expectations of all stakeholders.
- Working collaboratively as part of a team, deliver asset P&L’s that target growth in relation to sustainable rents whilst incorporating relevant and compelling brand and guest propositions.
- Help facilitate the co-ordination and management of planning, design & project teams for minor refurbishments and projects
- Managing voids through internal resource & external consultants
- Collective responsibility for ensuring that relevant systems, processes and records are up to date, including rent, billing, service charge, schedules for rent reviews, lease expiries and break options.
- Liaising with the Property Manager on day to day matters which may impact the strategic objectives, i.e. applications for licences to assign/under-let/alter
- Relevant degree and professional qualification
- Experienced property professional with expertise in capital or occupational markets
- Experience in asset/ investment activity
- Highly numerate
- Financially astute
- Excellent report writing skills
- Successful track record operating in a commercial environment
- Ability to digest changing market conditions

Effectively collaborate with key stakeholders internally and externally to shape plans that deliver to the needs of Guests and Brand Partners whilst also driving sustained income and investment value performance.
