SUMMARY
The Assets Coordinator will support Operations with a focus on process/coordinating assets and purchasing for the organization. Must be knowledgeable of the types of well servicing equipment, must be able to organize and prioritize tasks, be proactive, self-motivated and self-disciplined.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Provide support as required and directed to Operations
 Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level
 Completes physical inventory audits as directed
 Gathers data on available asset for future equipment requirements
 Organize and prioritize tasks associated with the position
 Coordinate internal and external resources for execution of projects
 Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope
 Ensure resource availability and allocation
 Will require 45-50% travel to field locations
 Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
 High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred
 Minimum five (5) years of related experience in oil and gas operations
 Must have knowledge of the types of well servicing equipment
 Mechanical knowledge is a plus
 Project management experience a plus
 Good communication skills both written and verbal
 Excellent organizational skills
 Proactive, self-motivated and self-disciplined
 Ability to work closely with internal and external customers

COMPUTER
 Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
 Must complete and pass all required pre-employment screenings
