      What you´ll do

      • Controls and supports the performance of day-to-day GBS process operations
      • Maintains hands-on knowledge of all processes performed
      • Assists team members in resolving any related process issues, and provides support during critical working days
      • Administrative tasks related to facilities PO creation and invoice tracking
      • Sustains close collaboration with stakeholders
      • Ensure continuous improvement initiatives within his/her responsibilities

      What makes you a good fit

      • Bachelor's degree in administration or similar
      • Advanced English
      • Desirable experience of 1 year in similar position
      • Intermediate Excel for data analysis
      • General financial knowledge
