What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with actuarial and product teams to support product development and finance-related filings
- Ensure accuracy of calculations by supporting illustration needs in collaboration with IT and administration teams
- Provide analysis and recommendations for actuarial assumption reviews
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support various cross-team initiatives
- Assist in claims management, data analysis, and shareholder value assessments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in math, actuarial science, finance, or related field
- 2+ years of actuarial work experience or 6+ years of relevant experience, with attainment of Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) within one year in position
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and analytical skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Excel and VBA required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Variable Annuities or Registered Index-Linked Annuities (RILA) products
- Experience with R or SAS programming languages, or similar (e.g., Python), with the ability to quickly learn R
