What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
- Maintain accurate records of client care and progress
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure high-quality care
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance caregiving skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Previous experience in home care or a related field
- Ability to pass background checks and meet health requirements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification as a Home Health Aide or similar credential
- Experience working with elderly or disabled clients
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Bilingual abilities in English and another language
