      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide legal advice to state agencies and educational institutions on labor and employment law issues
      - Prepare witnesses for administrative hearings and legal proceedings
      - Draft motions, legal pleadings, and conduct necessary legal research
      - Mediate disputes and litigate cases in state and federal courts
      - Engage in significant client interaction, often with high-level management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school or completion of the WSBA's Rule 6 Law Clerk Program
      - Licensed to practice law in Washington State or actively pursuing admission
      - Minimum of three years of experience in litigation and client advisory roles
      - Strong writing, advocacy, and interpersonal skills
      - Experience in preparing witnesses and conducting hearings or oral arguments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in labor and employment law, including knowledge of labor contracts
      - Background in advising human resources and upper-level management
      - Additional experience in human resources or labor relations
