      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Investigate, prosecute, and litigate Medicaid provider fraud and abuse in residential facilities
      - Manage a robust caseload, directing investigations from initial allegations through litigation
      - Collaborate with a team including analysts, special agents, nurses, and paralegals
      - Engage in complex white-collar fraud and abuse investigations that may last months or years
      - Work closely with local and federal law enforcement agencies on investigations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school or completion of the WSBA's Rule 6 Law Clerk Program
      - Licensed to practice law in Washington State or actively pursuing admission
      - Trial and litigation experience
      - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
      - Excellent writing skills and work ethic

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated experience with financial fraud litigation, especially in civil or criminal white-collar prosecution
      - Experience handling physical or sexual abuse crimes
      - Ability to foster a collegial work environment
