  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Support the Revenue Cycle Account Manager in managing client relationships and revenue cycle activities
  - Monitor Revenue Management Reports and resolve account issues in EPIC Workqueues
  - Create, run, and compile reports for the Revenue Cycle Account Manager and clients
  - Assist with billing account inquiries, charge reconciliation, and service inquiries
  - Provide telephone coverage for practice-specific questions and assist in training new staff
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree preferred
  - Previous professional billing experience preferred, ideally in an EPIC environment
  - Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
  - Effective communication skills and excellent follow-up abilities
  - Strong understanding of medical terminology
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare billing processes
  - Familiarity with EPIC Workqueues and Chargemaster Database
  - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
