      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Manager with processing, reporting, and analysis of key revenue cycle activities
      - Conduct research and provide support related to accounts receivable management and customer service complaints
      - Analyze trends for practice groups and manage account research
      - Resolve edits in EPIC work queues in compliance with service standards
      - Assist in the orientation and training of new staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate's Degree in a related field preferred
      - 2-3 years of experience in revenue, billing, and related fields
      - Strong knowledge of medical billing and payer requirements
      - Proficiency in billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems
      - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
