- Prior Varsity or Junior Varsity coaching experience
- Preferred candidates will have experience as a head coach or assistant coach, playing experience, as well as the demonstrated ability to support building a successful program starting at the varsity level
- Responsibility for supporting the head coach and the development of the program
- Experience supporting the Varsity program with the head coach and athletic director
- Experience supporting the implementation of off-season programs in accordance with WPIAL/PIAA regulations.
- High level of personal organization and planning
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
- A commitment to the Promising Principles of Propel
- Up-to-date TB Test
- Act 34 Criminal Clearance
- Act 114 FBI Clearance
- Act 151 Child Abuse Clearance
- Mandated Reporter Training
