      We are seeking an experienced Assistant Solar Construction Manager for a utility scale solar project in Mojave, CA.

      This is a long term work to hire opportunity.

      Candidate must be willing to travel for future projects.

      Responsibilities:

      • Will be working onsite - Project Location: Mojave, CA
      • Oversee team of field engineers
      • Provide technical expertise
      • Ensure survey stakes are in place for production crews
      • Maintain accurate daily records of job activities.
      • Assist with project scheduling and proposal specifications.
      • Project tracking software experience

      Qualifications:

      • Minimum of two years of UTILITY SCALE SOLAR CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY experience
      • 1-2 years of experience in civil construction
      • Knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
      • Must be able to work on-site in Mojave, CA

      Pay ranges from $50-60/hr depending on previous experience.

      Per Diem compensation is available for candidates living 75+ miles from the jobsite.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
