- Procore proficiency.
- Commercial experience or Industrial experience with a General Contractor.
- 1 year of experience reading blueprints.
- 1 year of experience on construction sites post graduation.
- Experience utilizing scheduling software.
- MS Project.
- Bluebeam.
- Ground Up experience.
- Parks and recreational construction experience.
- Water waste water experience.
Job Title: Assistant Construction Superintendent
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Superintendent to join our team. This role provides the opportunity to work on diverse projects across Lafayette, Indiana to Columbus, IN, assisting the on-site Superintendent with paperwork, technology, and general assistant duties. The successful candidate will be computer savvy and ready to transition between projects, contributing to larger endeavors and gaining valuable field experience. This position is entirely field-based and is ideal for individuals aspiring to become Project Managers, Superintendents, or Estimators, offering a path for growth within the company. Projects include water treatment facilities, school projects, REMC Headquarters remodel, car washes, and Lifetime Fitness rebranding.

Work Environment
This role requires on-site work Monday through Friday from 7 am to 3 to 4:30 pm, with some weekends as needed per project. Benefits include a truck allowance and phone reimbursement. The position involves working directly at project sites, engaging in hands-on tasks, and collaborating with the construction team.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $95000.00/hr.
