      Job Description:

      Under the supervision of the Dean of Student Life, the Assistant Dean of Student Life provides leadership and guidance to the Office of Residence Life, and the Center for Student Wellness, coordinates the University's student conduct process, chairs the Campus Assessment Team (CAT), and supports division-wide assessment initiatives.

      Responsibilities:

      Departmental Supervision 30%

      Student Conduct 25%

      Campus Assessment Team 15%

      Title IX Coordinator 30%

      Management

      Physical Requirements: The physical requirements and description of the work environment are representative of what an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.       Work Environment: Standard office environment on university campus. Must be able to visit all campus buildings as needed; may be required to visit areas with no elevator access. Frequent evening and/or weekend work as needed for events and other student activities.
