      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide strategic guidance and day-to-day support to faculty to ensure high-quality instruction and student engagement
      - Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit, hire, and onboard exceptional faculty, delivering impactful orientation and ongoing professional development
      - Offer regular feedback, mentorship, and performance evaluations to help faculty grow and excel
      - Monitor course quality, faculty credentials, and compliance with academic standards and accreditation requirements
      - Collaborate with Student Services to address student concerns, promote retention, and resolve academic issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduate degree in the program field (required for graduate programs)
      - Master’s degree in the program field (required for undergraduate programs)
      - 2+ years in education, training, or staff development at the baccalaureate level or higher
      - 1+ year of online teaching experience
      - Previous leadership experience in an academic or training environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency with online instructional technology and Microsoft Office
      - Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and conflict resolution abilities
      - Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with faculty, students, and staff at all levels
      - A strong customer service orientation and commitment to student success
      - Comfort with using a variety of technology platforms and tools
