      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research global markets to identify seasonal trends and competitive inspiration
      - Contribute creative ideas and assist in developing design concepts and product lines
      - Prepare and update design boards, CADs, and presentation materials with precision
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development
      - Attend fit sessions, making necessary updates to sketches and design packages based on feedback

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Excel
      - Strong understanding of silhouette, fit, fabrication, construction, and trims
      - Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
      - Experience in Miro is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a design role within the retail fashion industry
      - Familiarity with sustainable fashion practices and trends
      - Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work and technical skills
