      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide leadership and accountability for design and construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on budget and schedule
      - Manage risks effectively, including legal and contractual issues related to project delivery
      - Develop, track, and modify project schedules and budgets throughout all project phases
      - Act as a liaison with key stakeholders, including Acute/BH RVPs and CEOs, for project scope and budget discussions
      - Continuously seek innovative methods to enhance project performance and outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of Design and Construction experience in an Acute or Behavioral Hospital setting
      - Strong leadership and full-service project management experience overseeing design and construction
      - Exemplary management skills for projects over $50M, ensuring accountability and positive outcomes
      - Negotiating skills and strong interpersonal abilities to lead vendors effectively
      - Familiarity with local AHJs and applicable approval processes is a favorable skill set

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with transition planning and some development experience in healthcare settings
      - Knowledge of code and permit requirements in the healthcare construction field
