What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide leadership and accountability over the design and construction team to ensure projects are delivered on budget and schedule
- Develop, track, update, and modify project schedules and budgets throughout all project phases
- Act as a liaison between various stakeholders including Acute/BH RVPs, CEOs, and the Design and Construction team
- Issue monthly reports to senior executives and relevant corporate entities
- Implement innovative methods to improve project performance and outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of Design and Construction experience in an Acute or Behavioral Hospital setting
- Strong leadership skills and full-service project management experience
- Exemplary management skills on projects over $50 million
- Knowledge of local AHJ’s and applicable approval processes
- Willingness to travel 25-40%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience overseeing both design and construction, including transition planning
- Strong negotiating and interpersonal skills to lead vendors effectively
- Solid business decision-making skills
- Familiarity with code and permit knowledge
