      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide substantive technical advice on fiduciary, regulatory, and operational matters related to non-qualified plans and trust and custody accounts
      - Maintain and support a suite of client agreements and forms
      - Serve as a resource for identifying and communicating legislative, regulatory, and compliance issues
      - Evaluate the impact of changes in laws and regulations on retirement plans and trust accounts
      - Educate internal staff on changes in laws and regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or 8+ years equivalent experience
      - 10+ years of retirement plan and/or trust and custody experience OR 4+ years employee retirement plan and/or trust and custody experience with a JD degree
      - JD strongly preferred
      - Working knowledge of IRS and DOL correction programs
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

      - In-depth knowledge of qualified and non-qualified retirement document provisions
      - Expertise in statutory and regulatory law within ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
