What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and coordinate program calendars, events, and travel logistics
- Engage students with the local community and facilitate cultural interactions
- Lead student development activities and mentorship programs
- Manage program budget and oversee residential and academic facilities
- Execute weekly devotionals in alignment with the spiritual formation curriculum
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 3 years of experience working with students in US higher education
- 1 year of managerial experience; experience managing a study abroad program preferred
- Minimum 1-year living in a country other than the candidate's country of origin
- Knowledge of European culture and proficiency in the German language preferred

- Experience working with study abroad college students
- Strong preference for German language proficiency and experience living in Germany
