      About the location:

      Located on the coastline of Kalo Livadi Bay, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, will offer 94 spacious rooms, villas, and suites with exquisite views of the Aegean Sea. The brand-new build will take shape on an unspoiled 60,000 square meters of land, spanning from the sandy beaches to the picturesque coastal cliffs. To honor the culture and heritage of the destination, the Resort will be built in the Cycladic style that is synonymous with Mykonos, featuring white cubic architecture with bright spots of blue. The hotel will redefine luxury hospitality on the island. The Resort will offer an exciting variety of restaurants and bars, such as an al-fresco pool-side Italian venue, an authentic Mykonian Kafeneio, a contemporary steak house, and a vibrant beach club. In year 2, this will be supplemented with a Marina.

      The Role of Assistant Director of Finance:

      We currently have an opportunity for the Assistant Director of Finance to join our Four Seasons Resort Mykonos opening team in Greece!

      Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will play a key leadership role in the pre-opening and ongoing financial operations of the resort. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a world-class team at one of the most anticipated new openings in the region.

      As Assistant Director of Finance, you will support the financial health of the resort by assisting in the management of accounting functions, financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, and budgeting. You will also be instrumental in developing and leading a high-performing Finance team that delivers accuracy, accountability, and excellence in service to both internal and external stakeholders.

      Our Ideal Assistant Director of Finance candidate will have:

      • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar role or relevant financial position
      • Experience across multiple areas within the Finance division, including Accounting, Purchasing, Income Audit, and Payroll.
      • A keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to deliver results under pressure.
      • Strong systems proficiency, ideally with exposure to Opera, Birchstreet, and Oracle.
      • The ability to lead and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture of respect, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

      As Assistant Director of Finance, you will be a champion of the Golden Rule, upholding Four Seasons values in every interaction. You should have a passion for talent development, integrity in all financial matters, and a commitment to excellence. You will act as a proactive business partner, supporting operational decisions and contributing to the strategic direction of the hotel through a sound financial lens.
