      Overview

      Leads Office of Student Financial Aid operational activities and functions. Develops processes to ensure compliant and timely disbursement of Federal, State and Institutional Aid. Supervises the Financial Aid Advisor.

      • Bachelor's Degree: Business Administration or related degree with experience

      Work Experience:

      • Financial Aid office - 3 years

      Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

      • Must have knowledge of student financial aid verification processes, and federal and state compliance requirements.

      Responsibilities

      • Reviews ISIRs in order to assess students' eligibility and awarding financial aid.
      • Assists the Director of Student Financial Services with annual review of the financial aid module of the Student Information System Performs Return to Title IV calculations
      • Represents Student Financial Services at New Student Orientation.
      • Ensures operations are compliant with federal and state regulations and efficiency is optimized.
      • Assists and counsels' students through financial aid processes, including eligibility requirements to optimize continuity of eligibility when possible.

      Compensation and Benefits

      The compensation range for this position is $27.04per hour - $45.16per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
