The position exists as a liaison amongst prospective graduate students, corporate partners and
enterprise partnerships, and the institution as whole. The Assistant Director for Graduate
Admissions will help recruit students by attending graduate school fairs, career fairs, and
individual appointments in the effort to create awareness of graduate education at Saint Peter’s
University. They will serve as a key point of contact for prospective students as they move
through various stages of the enrollment funnel. The Assistant Director will be an integral part of
the graduate admissions team and meeting the university graduate enrollment goals. This
position will also be instrumental in executing recruitment strategies that produce a pipeline of
prospective students - telecounseling, visiting with business partners, graduate admission fairs
(in-person and virtual), and other events.
