Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) with day-to-day clinical operations

Provide clinical supervision and leadership to nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
-
Oversee quality assurance, infection control, and resident care delivery
-
Support care planning, chart audits, and compliance with state/federal regulations
-
Participate in staff training, onboarding, and performance management
-
Monitor resident care plans, follow-up on incident reports, and ensure timely documentation
-
Maintain communication with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
- Serve as acting DON in the absence of the director

Current and valid RN license
-
Preferred 2 years of nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or rehab setting

Prior experience in nursing leadership or supervisory roles preferred (e.g., RN Supervisor, Unit Manager, ADON)

Strong understanding of state DOH regulations, infection control, and clinical compliance
-
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills

Ability to manage priorities and solve problems in a fast-paced healthcare environment
