What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve and exceed profit and growth targets in assigned territory while ensuring legal compliance
- Develop strategic vision and tactical plans to expand market share profitably
- Collaborate with sales, underwriting, actuarial, and other stakeholders to execute local market strategies
- Conduct financial analysis to anticipate industry trends and identify strategic opportunities
- Communicate product, pricing, and underwriting strategies to internal and external partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Statistics, or Mathematics
- At least five years of insurance product management or professional P&C insurance industry experience
- Effective communication skills with the ability to influence key business stakeholders
- Strong technical skills for working with large data sets and developing analytical insights
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in a quantitative field and/or MBA
- Proven ability to think strategically and implement change
- Experience in negotiation skills to resolve differences while maintaining positive relationships
- Ability to develop immediate credibility in unfamiliar environments, including agency partners and senior leaders
- Drive-for-results mentality with the ability to multi-task and make decisions effectively
