      Provides input for strategic decisions such as determining appropriate operational staffing levels in advance of new business, technology enhancements to improve efficiency, scheduling of subordinate staff to meet management guidelines.

      Essential Job Functions (include the following):
      • Manage/supervise, develop, train, and evaluate direct reports
      • Provide leadership for the scheduling, labor cost and production for departments
      • Assist in the development of Supervisors; provide input and direction as needed
      • Work with Supervisors to coordinate the onboarding of new facilities
      • Responsible for maintaining appropriate staffing levels to ensure operation runs smoothly within budget
      • Responsible for ensuring operation of business is conducted efficiently and accurately while maintaining a high level of customer service
      • Provide input on identifying and evaluating technology which has potential to improve efficiency in operations
      • Address and resolve customer relations issues related to operations and quality
      • Work closely with the Director to continually evaluate and improve work processes
      • Directly involved with account management for new and current facilities
      • Other essential functions and duties may be assigned as needed

      Education and/or Certifications:
      • High School diploma
      • Valid State CPhT license

      Skills and Qualifications:
      • 5+ years of experience; prefer LTC experience but will consider comparable experience in other practice settings
      • Advanced computer skills; pharmacy operations system experience preferred/required
      • Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines
      • Ability to solve problems with minimal direction
      • Great attention to detail and accuracy
      • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment working on multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlines
      • Quality minded; motivated to seek out errors and inquire when something appears inaccurate
      • Basic understanding of finance/accounting principles a plus

      Work Environment:
      • Travel, as needed
      • Ability to work flexible hours
