      Rider University invites applications for the position of Assistant Director, Scheduling & Events. The Assistant Director will provide leadership to staff for the scheduling of all campus facilities for all non-academic events.

      Specifically, the individual will be responsible for:

      • Overseeing the management of CollegeNET 25 Live – central reservation database/software application for all University scheduling. Train employees on 25Live functions;
      • Overseeing, hiring, training, and managing all student staff for the Bart Luedeke Student Center Info Desk to provide efficient communication for incoming and internal communications and customer service are being met on a daily basis;
      • Managing and overseeing all physical event arrangements, campus wide for internal and external events;
      • Overseeing maintenance of set-up equipment and supplies; and
      • Providing critical support for commencement planning and event management.
