  Job Description

  The Assistant Director, Strategic Engagement & Data Analytics plays a pivotal role in driving the growth of Buckeye Club membership and annual giving through a dual focus on storytelling and data strategy. This role blends content development and campaign management with behavioral analytics, segmentation, and performance reporting—ensuring that every communication touchpoint is personalized, data-informed, and aligned with Ohio State Athletics’ fundraising goals.

  The ideal candidate will bring a unique mix of strategic communication skills and analytical expertise, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-channel campaigns and translate donor insights into action. They will work collaboratively across development, communications, IT, ticketing, and marketing teams to shape campaign strategy, enhance donor engagement, and optimize outcomes.
