      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide direction and maintain two-way communications to all members of the Dispatch Department
      - Monitor system performance and make adjustments to maximize on-time performance
      - Recruit, interview, and select employees in compliance with company hiring practices
      - Ensure dispatch protocols follow client and company policies and procedures
      - Monitor dispatch performance as it relates to driver incidents, equipment failure, and other service disruptions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Three (3) years supervisory or management experience in the transportation industry
      - Strong working knowledge of Trapeze and ability to resolve situational challenges
      - Flexibility to work long days and weekends
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office software
      - Demonstrated ability to manage with a "Safety First" attitude

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Paratransit experience preferred
      - Experience in managing a work group in a different industry
      - Strong organizational and analytical skills
      - Ability to effectively delegate tasks and provide appropriate supervision
      - Excellent customer service and professional demeanor
