      We are creators of a magical event called Enchant Christmas. We have hosted over three million guests over the past 6 years and have experienced significant growth. While Christmas is a big part of what we do, it is only the beginning of where we intend to go.

      WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

      • Assist Event Director with all pre-event, live event, and post-event planning and operations.
      • Act as Event Director in their absence, coordinating operations and supervising staff.
      • Ensure all aspects are prepared and set before the day of the event.
      • Ensure event days are completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.
      • Manage in a manner that is entirely guest-focused and constantly seeking ways to improve guest experiences.
      • Assist on planning events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives - Pre-Show Planning, On-site Management, Post-Show Management.
      • Coordinate all operations and supervise all staff.
      • A sincere desire to help create magical memories.
      • Must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends, nights and holidays required.

      WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

      • A minimum 3-5 years' experience in event and/or site management experience.
      • Vision and creativity on how to create a premium value-driven experience.
      • Possess business acumen and understand the important balance of making creativity come to life within budget or timeline constraints - your goal is to deliver a high standard on both.
      • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
      • Ability to lift and push at least 25 lbs. and work outside in various weather conditions.
      • Self-directed, extremely meticulous and organized with an ability to manage a high level of detail across multiple projects and prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals and objectives.
      • Exceptional leadership skills, ability to build a high performing team and highly proficient communicator, to establish cooperative relationships with a variety of internal and external clients.
      • You have the ability to work with multiple leaders through a complex company to get things done.
      • You have strong communication skills and can work as both a leader and a valued team member.
      • A passion for customer service and delivering exceptional results.
      • Demonstrates flexibility and creative problem-solving skills.

      COMPENSATION: $1850 USD WEEKLY SALARY

      All staff must be prepared to work the entire production run from the load-in to the load-out.
