      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and support MAC and maintenance projects for the employer's operations facility
      - Plan projects, schedules, procedures, and vendor requirements while maintaining project reports
      - Schedule move coordination meetings and ensure client requirements are met as per the project plan
      - Administer work orders, purchase orders, and service requests to complete projects
      - Conduct post-move occupancy inspections and develop punch lists to monitor project completion

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Education with relevant certifications or experience accepted
      - Skilled knowledge of project management principles and related technology
      - Advanced ability to organize and manage multiple priorities effectively
      - Effective communication skills with customers, contractors, and vendors, both orally and in writing
      - Valid driver's license and ability to perform field measurements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certifications from IFMA or similar organizations
      - Experience in commercial banking or related fields
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management software
      - Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making
      - Familiarity with corporate responsibility programs
