      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with instructors to create and organize course content and implement instructional technologies
      - Lead training sessions and professional development for faculty and staff
      - Develop and maintain essential instructional support materials, including guides and articles
      - Analyze and troubleshoot learning technologies to resolve issues and provide feedback
      - Assist in the design and development of engaging learning experiences across various formats

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - 3-5 years of experience in training and development or a degree in training and development or a related field
      - Proven experience with Canvas or other Learning Management Systems (LMS)
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design, e-learning, remote learning, and accessibility
      - Demonstrated experience or knowledge in higher education
      - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to instructional design and/or emerging technology
