      Job Description

      About the Team

      The Intake Planning team are integral to the success of ASOS.com. The inbound flows from our global sources to our fulfilment centres are complex and involve most functions throughout the business. Our team align all stakeholders, translating the commercial intake needs of the business into a coordinated plan for the operations teams, to deliver company intake plans.

      What You’ll be Doing

      • Day-to-day management of intake forecasts versus company targets and operational capacity.
      • Working with Commercial, Supply Chain, Carriers and Logistics on a daily and weekly basis to achieve intake targets, ensure deadlines are met, manage exceptions and resolve queries.
      • Regular undertaking of analysis to expose issues and drive improvements.
      • Implement and maintain new reports, models and processes that strengthen end-to-end intake management.
      • Circulating and escalating intake information to stakeholders as necessary.
      • Providing intake training for stakeholders.
      • Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with teams throughout the business.
      • Deputising for Planner.
      • Supporting our culture by driving Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.

      Qualifications

      Who We’d Like to Meet

      • Strong analytical and numerical skills
      • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
      • An ability to prioritise based on a good understanding of Commercial activities
      • Excellent time management, with the ability to effectively manage their own workload and communicate confidently and openly with others
      • An approachable and flexible working style
      • The ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with a variety of different teams; including Buying and Merchandising, Supply Chain, 3rd Party Carriers and Operations
      • Ideally has experience at analyst/AM/senior MAA level
      • Can communicate clearly and effectively to all levels
      • Has meticulous attention to detail
