      • Supervises daily kitchen operation
        • Addresses staff concerns and questions
        • Reassigns absent employee job duties
        • Willingess to jump in to any position needed
        • Ensures food saftey & maintains clean kitchen
        • Assists with inventory, ordering, and delivery
      • Cook management
        • Creates daily prep list
        • Assigns tasks between cooks
        • Actively leads and participates in the cooking
      • Record Keeping
        • Oversees individual production sheet completion
        • Monitors time and temperature control logs

      Schedule: 196 days/year
      Monday - Friday 6 AM - 2 PM

      Salary: Starting at $19 / hr.

      Qualifications:
      • Familiarity with basic food service equipment
      • Technology Skills
      • Dependable & punctual
      • Detail oriented
      • Good communication skills
      • Able to meet the physical demands of the position
      • HS diploma or equivalent
      • Acceptable results for an Expanded Criminal History Check
      • ServSafe Certified or willing to be within the year.
