- Addresses staff concerns and questions
- Reassigns absent employee job duties
- Willingess to jump in to any position needed
- Ensures food saftey & maintains clean kitchen
- Assists with inventory, ordering, and delivery
- Cook management
- Creates daily prep list
- Assigns tasks between cooks
- Actively leads and participates in the cooking
- Record Keeping
- Oversees individual production sheet completion
- Monitors time and temperature control logs
- Familiarity with basic food service equipment
- Technology Skills
- Dependable & punctual
- Detail oriented
- Good communication skills
- Able to meet the physical demands of the position
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Acceptable results for an Expanded Criminal History Check
- ServSafe Certified or willing to be within the year.

Schedule: 196 days/year
Monday - Friday 6 AM - 2 PM
Salary: Starting at $19 / hr.
