- Act as the go-to office person for Land Acquisition and Development team
- Attend meetings with Land Acquisition/Development team to fulfill scope needed for each job
- Assist in managing the Feasibility process
- Maintain the job file and tracker sheet for each project (SMARTSHEETS)
- Willingness to serve letters and collect, distribute, and manage the completion of all job proposals
- Creating Contracts and change orders from proposals and other paperwork for the projects
- Google Earth for ongoing deals and overlay of site plans
- Maintain Landvision with division deals and understand Metrostudy data and mapping systems
- Assist in coordination between Mattamy and land Attorneys both inside Mattamy and local attorney.
- Coordination of instruction to Engineer on released entitlement activities at the direction of VP of LD or LA
- Assist leadership team with distribution and communication of DD or Entitlement documents, maps, data
- Prepare New Deal community folders, assist in the LD budget process for new Land Deals and assist with takeoffs via Blue beam
- Using historical cost to create draft estimates and prepar e letters of Intent
- Packaging up plans and material documents for bid process
- Charting completed bids in Bid compare table and finalizing the paperwork for each contractor
- Code all incoming invoices/pay apps from contractors & municipalities consistent with the development budget
- Enter finished lot addresses and all contracts/ change orders into JDE
- Run LD budgets in JDE, research negatives, prepare Budget Adjustments to move dollars around
- Bacheloru2019s degree preferred in Business, Finan ce, or related field
- General understanding of Civil site work
- General understanding of the land acquisition process
- JDE operating system is a plus
- Bluebeam/Adobe/Excel software proficient
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Smart Sheets knowledge is a plus
- u00A0 Bachelors + Masters in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering or related field
