Job Description

- Staff the reference desk and support students/faculty/staff with research/technology issues face-to-face and via chat, phone, and email.
- Assist librarians in planning, developing, and conducting library instruction.
- Assist librarians with collection development.
- Promote information literacy
- Works when needed in various areas of the library
- Support staffing the Centers
- Represent the library on assigned campus committees.
- Help to create and maintain Research Guides for courses, programs, and displays
- Assist library staff with outreach measures
- Participate and learn new skills and library trends through professional development
- Assist with Open Educational Resources

POSITION SUMMARY:
Assist librarians in duties including reference, instruction, and collection development. Work with other library staff on circulation and interlibrary loan.
