- Experience of spreadsheet, database and computerised ledger applications

Main duties of the job
As an assistant management accountant you will provide necessary support to the financial management team to ensure the provision of high quality financial advice as well as business support to divisions. Part of the role will be to use a computerised ledger system and Microsoft office packages, this is to provide analysis to department managers and budget holders.
The role is based at Sunderland Royal hospital with hybrid home working arrangements in place and the working hours are Monday to Friday. You will work within a well-established team including other assistant management accountants to ensure deadlines are met and a high level of service is delivered. Flexible working is supported.
Key requirements:
Desirable:
Experience of using computer systems such as Oracle Financials.
Experience in using Microsoft packages.
Essential:
AAT part-qualified or equivalent, or actively studying towards full AAT qualification, or with significant role experience
Good Interpersonal and Communication skills especially working well with non-finance colleagues.
Good analytical skills an eye for detail and accuracy especially using excel spreadsheet and other systems.
Good Time Management skills working to tight deadlines.
