      Roles & Responsibilities:

      • Negotiate and implement new operating models to right size the turnaround times for the most enhanced scope of screening in WTW.
      • Identify Legacy processes which are manual in nature and build a simplified & sustainable Background screening model.
      • Conduct Quarterly vendor review
      • Engage & Contribute in existing Global Onboarding & Recruitment projects as necessary
      • Standardize the Background screening model globally
      • Expert in implementation of new regulations, transformation of processes in line with new regulations and eradication of legacy guidelines globally.
      • Represent WTW in internal and external audits
      • Review checks conducted by external vendor and highlight any anomalies to the business
      • Perform internal audits to verify accuracy of checks conducted and record results
      • Update outcome of background checks conducted in HR Systems
      • Manage queries, issues, and escalations
      • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders & Vendors on critical, overdue, complex cases and drive them to closure.

      Shift Timings - UK Shift Hours with Hybrid Work Model - 1 week from office monthly.

      Qualifications

      Skills & Competencies -

      • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, particularly Word & Excel using various functions.

      • Logical Thinker

      Education Specification:

      • Degree qualified – a HR related degree or professional qualification is considered beneficial
      • Graduate with good Academic track record.
      • Experience in HR Shared Services is a Plus
      • Fluency in English a pre-requisite.
